Assigning language shortcuts
To be able to quickly toggle translation directions, assign shortcuts to your languages.
You can assign a key from 0 to 9 to any language. When you press Ctrl+(assigned number key) the language will be made the source language. When you press Alt+(assigned number key), the relevant language will be made the target language.
- Choose Tools→Language and Dictionary Settings…→Languages.
- Choose the needed language in the language list and click Assign Shortcut Keys….
- In the Shortcut Keys dialog box that opens, choose the option Enable shortcut keys. Choose a key in the dropdown list (0 to 9). Click OK.
